i cant seem to snap out of this depression im in.

my boyfriend and i broke up about a week ago and it hit me pretty hard. he was my only friend basically and now im so alone. school is getting to be a huge stress factor for me. i decided im probably going to be alone my whole life because i cant trust anybody, and i dont want to be in a relationship ever again.

i spend everyday alone and not talking to anybody. i dont have friend or even a purpose in life. i dont know what to do. and please dont say to see a professional. i dont want to, nor do i have the money for it.

Professional help would be great for this case…I had trust issues for a long time…going to a professional solve most of them….

Also, this is a good way, since you can’t talk to most ppl…have you tried telling your parents?
Maybe that’d release some pressure..

this might sound rude but you sound lonly. if you spent most of your time together and he was your best mate then well yes your gonna be upset. maybe you could put yourself out there a bit not for a anything romantic but for freinds. join a local club?

well a best way to help you get over your depression is if you have a friend you can talk to about it and how your feeling i also recently broke up with my ex and it hurt me like hell and she left me for a guy on a video game … so i just went out and started talking to people i havent talked to before so if you need someone to talk to to help you get over your loss ill be happy to listen
