Basic aerobic excersise as well as anerobic excersise speeds up metabolism, especially if done early in the day it keeps the metabolism up till you rest…
Fixed sleep timings and regular meals(5-6 but small quantities)

Cardio exercise is good, and weight training will help you burn fat and boost your metabolism when you are just sitting around. I’d weight train if I were you, it will keep your body healthy and toned up. You likely need to regain some of the muscle you probably lost before going into treatment. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so you can get your weight up without gaining fat this way :)

Don’t skip breakfast. Exercise for 30 - 60 minutes per day. Take vitamins. Get enough rest. But don’t sit for too long! ;-)

my 13 yr old daughter is 195lbs at 5′5″ and is accepted for who she is. she plays all the school sports, cheerleads, yearbook committee, student counsel, i just want you to realize a little weight doesn’t affect who you are. you have all the potential to do what you want and become the wonderful young woman i know you can be. pleez don’t make yourself sicker by trying to control one of the area’s of life you have control over the wrong way. make your dreams come true, a young lady’s dream is never to be so sick it could be fatal.
