.i work for verizon wireless as a troubleshooter for cell phones and broadband cards…..self help…go to verizon wireless.com…..put your arrow on support (top red bar)…..on the drop down click on cell phones…..follow the directions…..when you get the picture of your phone…..1. ask your question in the search box or 2.scroll down….under help topics….vz access…click the blue link for 1. user guide or 2. simulator……if all else fails dial 611…free call….on your cell phone and ask for tech support. on self help it does’t matter if verizon is your carrier….their web site is a cell phone knowledge bank.
