Reread the chapter and come back to us. This is homework and it’s actually really easy. You just don’t want to do it.

They didn’t just give you the sheet out of the blue. Ask your classmates, who paid attention in class, for help. You shouldn’t be using help.com to cheat on homework this elementary.

There are many people who can read and play music without knowing much at all about theory. The rule for major to minor is lower the middle note a half step or semitone. Example C Major=CEG Minor=C E flat G. Hope this helps.

but lowering the middle note is applicable for triads gepetto. These are intervals. Galadriel, the sheet itself TELLS you what to do. Just read it! It blatantly says lower the top note by a chromatic semitone to make it minor. hence a major third like f to a would become f to a flat. or a major 6th like c to a would become c to a flat.

No offense what so ever, but this is incredibly easy, and the question even tells you exactly how to do it. You should pay more attention in class or if you actually need extra help, talk to your teacher, because that is just such an easy question. And I don’t mean that in a condescending way at all. I am just trying to help you as your course is going to get a hell of a lot more difficult than that and if you can’t do that, you are going to find it tough later on. I teach music theory, but I’d never give a question like that for homework because I’d assume all my students would be able to do it in their sleep. (Again, this is REALLY not an insult to you. I am just advising you so that you don’t find yourself stressing in the future because you can’t do it).

And again, please don’t think I am being condescending. I mean what I say in the kindest possible way. I am not insulting you, or your teacher, or anyone. I am just advising you to get extra help, or to work harder at music so you don’t find yourself in trouble later on when you move on to stuff which is a million times more complicated
