yesterday my head was throbbing but i ignored it.

then when i went for a walk, i felt chest pains. my right arm felt a bit numb and it just feels weird cos i have never felt this way before. i also have trouble breathing for a couple of minutes and then it was all ok after i sat down in a fast food restaurant. when i reached home, i have a slight fever and i slept it off. then i woke up at 4 am, my right arm feeling weird again. and then when i go to work, my head throbs again. what is wrong with me? i ate some painkillers just now and the throbbing kinda went away for a bit.

You need to get to a doctor as soon as you can. It sounds like there is an infection involved here, with that fever.Even a slight one is a concern. And the headache that comes and goes. Could be the flu that is going around right now. But just to be sure and to give you some peace of mind, get to that doctor!!OK???? Take care of yourself. Good luck, anon. Edie.

Yes get to a doctor.
Im presuming you know your left and right. If by any chance you got this wrong and its your left arm not your right it could be very serious and could even be a mini-stroke that are surprisingly common.
It could also be an infection or even the start of nerve problems.
I know someone who had highly similar symptoms but full numbness in one of the arms and a rash and they were diagnosed with having a very bad migraine, which sounds similar to you.
If I was you I would take an aspirin to help your blood thin if there is possible heart problems - not sure of your age.
And if you want painkillers ibuprofen rather than paracetamol would be best as it also reduces inflammation.
Get it checked at the docs could be serious.
