how do I write a formula that will populate the sum into another worksheet w/o linking?

I have a master-sheet linked w/several worksheets. I need various subtotals o/the worksheets to populate into one cell of the master with continuous addition.

If you add all the worksheets into a workbook, it is pretty simple from there on…

Suppose one of your worksheets is “Cost”

In the Field on another worksheet to get the sum of A1 to A100, you would do this

=Sum(’Cost’!A1:A100)
