DO NOT do it by yourself seek advice from a hairdresser you will just plain ruin your hair trying to go from dark to snow white and could also end up with pink or yellow hair which you also wouldn’t want, seek professional help it may cost but it would be so worth it

You can go from dark brown to white, but it will require a longer than normal exposure time, as your hair is so dark.

Like Cakes said, get a hairdresser. If you do it yourself, it will come out patchy and uneven.
