I figured it out: I’m just retarded is all.

Biochemistry help! I kind of doubt I’ll find anyone who can help with this problem, but here goes:

I’ve got an oligomeric protein that binds ligand (we don’t know how many binding sites it has, or the concentration of the protein). I have the following info:
for 10mM ligand, we see 20% saturation
for 30mM ligand, we see 64.4% saturation

I’m looking for the fractional coefficient, which I can find from a scetchard plot, but the problem I’m having is since I’ve only got two data points, I can’t do a regression. I’m sure there’s something that I’m just being dumb about, but I sure don’t see it! Help!
