I have mood swings but not about suicide. I may have bipolar im not sure but i refuse to take pills. I know there have to be natural ways of dealing with it.

Something good mustve happened in your life recently?

You might be. You should probably see a therapist. You might need to be on medication, especially if your mood swings are extreme.

People are so quick to label…

There’s a range of personality disorders that can cause mood swings. OR you could be having a tough day. Only a doc can tell you for sure.

If this happens a lot, you should probably go talk to a psychiatrist or a psychologist.

Lol, I’m like that too. All it takes is something to make me smile and I can snap out of my moods. Glad you’re feeling better =).

Well if shes happy now why would she want to read something about depression? Im not saying your post isnt important or that ppl shouldnt read it im just asking why she should read your post about something sad which will only cause her to go back into her sad state of mind….

Being sad, being a little depressed is a normal feeling… People are really quick to label but everyone goes through mood swings.. especially if you have a lot of stress right now in your life, or there is something behind the mood swings…. Medication only deals with the side effects, not the cause of things… People think medication is a savior, it just numbs people to the feelings they have…

Everyone has feelings, its ok to feel down sometimes….

that sounds good too…it would be great if you could just “snap out” of depression…your mind is outletting…due to different reasons….but u can do positive things for yourself to slowly bring you to a point where u can deal with whatever is depressing u……example….take a walk….view the sunset or the stars…go shopping at the mall, even if u dont buy anything….have some sherbet…

that stuff really does help…. it gives your mind a break…driving out somewhere where there isn’t traffic is good too… If you like to run that works for a lot of people, and if nothing else, watchiing a sunset or eating a tub of ice cream can be great… Taking sometime for yourself, and just giving yourself a day off is always good….

No , I’m going to refuse to take medications .

Some medications really do work. But it takes time to figure out what does and what doesnt. Some make you worse and some make you a whole hell of a lot better.
No one can shove pills down your throat. But ultimately, it is up to you to decide whether they will work for you or not and if you wish to try them. But if you do, and they dont work right away, then you need to give it time, try some others. But just do what makes you feel better
