you need to get busy and stop sitting around thinking about him. go out and do something you love, volunteer, go see friends, go out to a movie, rent a movie. anything that will keep you busy!

I agree! You can grieve about this…please do. It helps to have emotion because bottling it up can cause problems later on. But doing what IDon’tEverQuit says like going to see a movie is good for you. It helps clear your head and puts focus on other things in life
