I think they’ve gotten him pretty protected? I’m pretty sure I remember Michelle Obama saying something about how just because he’s african-american his risks of getting killed just in general are high, let alone him being president. Makes perfect sense if you think about it. It’s really pathetic and sad that the world is like that ..but it’s true. She probably worries about it constantly.

I swear Barack Obama is the only hope for this country. I think if something happened to him, a lot of people would just be crushed inside ..myself included.

I most definitely think he is the right person for this job. He has the intelligence, the ability to work with others and the organizational skills to start the work to get things done. And yes… after the last 8 years how anyone do any worse?

I think he is exactly what this country needs. He’s shown what we as a nation are capable of, and how any person can succeed with the right mindset. He has the conduct, judgement and character to interact with leaders of other nations, and I believe his diplomatic reform plans are phenominal. The world needs men like this in positions of power, which is why they celebrated as much as America did the night we named him our next president.

The world has already changed because of this man.

What Mandolin says is true. It was inevitable that he would win, and probably by a much greater margin than we know, given the voter purging (thousands of voters removed from the rolls, possibly hundreds of thousands). But he won in spite of all! Because he is a ray of light. Vive l’Obama!!
