Eating out of boredom.
I eat when I’m bored or have nothing else to do. I really wish I’d stop this bad habit. I’m not fat or anything but I think I’m beginning to gain weight and I need to start exercising! Besides just stopping, got any other suggestions for how I can stop eating when I’m not hungry?
