Which one?

So I’ve been having these crazy mood swings lately. I’m 23 and feel depressed like all the time. There will be some good chuncks of time, like 6 hours, where I feel ok and can laught. Then for no apparent reason I go back into this depressing funk for an extended amount of time. I’ve been to a doctor and she wanted to put me on medication. She didnt say what for but I was reading about it online and was wondering….is this a sign of depression or could I possibley be manic depressive?

Sometimes that is the case. I’ve found that I”ve been kind of faking through the motions of being happy…it’s like I”m not sure if I really am or if maybe I’m just fooling myself too. Usually thats when I’m around other people. IDK I’m in a daze…seriously thats how it feels!

Well is it when your around certain people or just people in general. What are some thngs that you like to do, since when people do what they enjoy they become happier

Usually just people in general more so when I’m around people I actually know. I get kind of aggitated quite easiley by them. As for what makes me happy. Nothing really. Anymore nothing seems to really have a point. I’m tryin to work on that.

well do you enjoy music? Movies? Video Games? all those can distract you and another thing cuz i suffer from deppression also my doctor said just go for a run every once in awhile it will distract you and release natural endorfins so you can always try that
