Every day I tell myself to be happy.

I have to work at it every day. I am in sales and have a few kids and a nice wife but we have no money. Times are tough but - guess what? I am still happy because this morning I got up and told myslef, “Self, your going to be happy today.” I say it out loud like a dork but I don’t care. Then I go about my day but in the back of my mind I am kind of laughing becuase I am such a dork. but you know what? It helps. just try it. And - if your depressed, try to do something physical like walking, running, ect. It gets your mind off of the BS. Everything out there is just bs and in time, real important matters get smaller and smaller. I used to worry about what I was going to do with my life. It all worked out just like it will for you. Just do the things you like, try to help other people and be nice. Your going to be fine. I promise. oh - and by the way - have fun and don’t forget to dork out and say “im gonna be happy today” and don’t let anyone take that away. I’m here for ya.
