Keep calling the police first of all. Having reports on paper will help in the courtroom, then try filing a civil suit against her. If you don’t have the money sign up for Court TV.

I was also going to say the camera thing also, but what about florensics, like the police could take prints from the scene and can prove that it was them.

Catch her in the act, wait all you have to, with a camera.

Call the police in the morning when the scene is still fresh. And most of the time a crime weapon dosen’t get far from the scene and the police usually find it.

Most likely, she would take the knife back with her.

Leave out an easy target one night, have a cheap disposable camera, wait…

If you can, you should get the ones that flash when they detect movement, but not the ones with a flash so that it won’t get detected by them.

Then, with your picture, take it to the cops, and end your neighbors destructive streak.

Would say you could try to hide somewhere and wait for them to show up, but then again that sounds alittle risky.

web cam with the right software will do the trick. call the police with every incident. But word of advise the video evidence will not stand up in court cause it won’t be licensed the same with picture. The whole system is feck up cause u can’t use video evidence that a person is damaging ur property case its evasion of that persons privacy. if in uk u can apply to the information commissioner and put up signs that cctv is in opertional.

If money so tight put up the sighns and dumy cameras.

yes it is trust me its 1 of the things i do for a living is provide secruity inside ur building i.e. house is ok but if pointing outside with an outward view then its against the law

We have no other people who want to get us! None! We know no one here but my aunt, uncle, and cousin. No one in the entire building has any problem with us at all, its insane I swear! But because there are kids upstairs, it could be them…. yea, cause their mother lets them out at 7 with knives.

Their mother is kinda messing up with her parenting…

i would pu up the signs there is no law against the sign and dumby cameras. they do work wonders…

why call the police cause it builds a picture of what is going on till some1 is caght doing something

and if it get t a point that its so bad the police then have to put in ther own cameras without notices or warning signs. so keep calling very time something happens it all goes to build a picture.

But its really sad that u can’t protect ur own property with a camera with out the law coming down on the side of the person doin the damage.

CCTV systems cost from a few hundred up to 1000s. if in the uk i could recomend a few that really cheap

pity u didn’t live in northern ireland where i live kids don’t get away with **** like that. I know of 1 case halloween kids firing fireworks at certain houses 1 being my girlfriends at the time her mother compained to there parents all they could say was its halloween wht u expect i arrived round turn the hose on them as they threw the fire works and hosed them down the parents complained to me. I just said its halloween what do u expect. to finish the story they threw the fireworks at the wrong house aswell they where taken out the next day and given a hiding 2 left in hospital ncluding the dad

Very much depends. If they are breaking into your house you can, just on your lawn, no.

i have a case that i’m working on at the minute that involves a guy videoing a nieghbour destroying his car with brake fuild. it won’t stand up in court but the guy is able to sue for invasion of privacy for being video taped destroy a car. anothe case same sort of thing the police advise on the system and even paid for it to be put in.

Hahahaha! Yup! The beauty of it, though renters get squat.BTW, She just left. Did I mention that she has a police scanner in her home too? They just got in the car and zoomed off. Good thing though, shes driving, without a licence.

Set up security cameras around your house and yard. Catch them on tape doing these acts and then call the police so that something must be done!
