work help: Help. - Help.com

Help.

I work in a pharmacy. The head pharmacist is a nasty witch. She tells other employees to move out of her way. She grabs prescriptions. She gets annoyed when somebody asks her a question. I like the other employees, but I just can’t stand her. What should I do? Any advice? Thanks!

Be extra nice. That will annoy the crap out of her. You’ll get personal satisfaction knowing that your getting under her skin. Say things like “it’s a beautiful morning isn’t it?”

Talk to the boss. Talk to the boss’s boss. Talk to the boss’s boss’s boss. And keep going until you get your way, but be careful not to stir the water too much, people at work like their little worlds and crush people who try to mess that up.
