I’d go straight to a therapist or a councillor, it always helps me, just talking through everything, and letting all your emotions out!!

sometimes helping others is the easiest way to help yourself.

I think I can tell you are new here, I want to be the first to invite you to feel at home in reading as many of the posts here on help.com and help in whatever way you can.
this is probably the 50th post like this this week, half are trolls and attention seekers, but the other half are confused and sad people looking for help.
we do not ban people for asking for help, unless it is illegal help, and even then we rarely ban over that before trying to talk it over with them.
