Do you have the start up disks for this? If so, just put them in and start your computer and it should talk you through it.

i do but its being really complicating i looked it up on google and followed the instructions but its just not letting me >.

Once you’ve put in the disk, and restarted your computer it should read from the disk and give you options to reformat. How far is it letting you get?

hmmm, you could always take it to a PC World shop and they’ll have a look at if for you. It’s very difficult for me (a novice) to help you without seeing the actual computer.
