Find help: So I’m thumbing through my computer, looking at my hard drive and available memory. - Help.com

So I’m thumbing through my computer, looking at my hard drive and available memory.

I have a 120gb Internal Hard drive and right now I have roughly 70gb used memory and 50gb free space. What confuses me is the total amount of files and programs I have installed on my computer is MAYBE 25gb. I seriously doubt Vista OS takes up 35gb. Anyone know where I can find this missing data and get rid of it? I’ve already removed all unnecessary programs and deleted cookies and such. I run AVG, AdAware, and Disk-Cleanup and Defrag on a regular basis.
