Scholarships, bursaries grants etc

Where can I find information about scholarships, bursaries grants etc, I am going to study in uk 2009 but i need money for it, I dont want to borrow these money, there are many essay competitions so maybe it will be a good way to funding my education? But where can I find information about them? I am from European union, i finished my secondary school, my BSc course starts 2009.

Grants and scholarships do not require you to pay back. It is like giving you free money for you to further your studies whereas loans is like normal loans whereby you have to pay back sometimes with interests and sometimes without.
