there are some who have degrees and qualifications in the mental health sector, but absolutely no one here is what we would call a professional online therapist.
we can give advice, but if youd like to speak to a professional, then the best thing is to seek a professional.
but well listen and help if we can.

ok, well i just wanted to have a chat with someone because i think i have depression n i wanna be sure b4 i go to my doctor.

well i am oviously feeling very down alot of the time, i find it hard to get up in the morning n go to sleep at night i did absoulty love college but latley my work has been suffering because i cant sit down n concerntrate because i find myself walking around and getting restless and people are noticing tht im not my usual self n because im doin crap at college when i uasally do really well its making me worst i find myself not wanting to go i just want to stay in bed.

ok, definitely sounds like depression to me.
did something happen to bring all this on, or did it just sort of creep up?
have you had anything like this happen before?

well i went throught a sticky patch like this about 1 n half years ago were i was in concelling n stuff but no one else knows about this. but college used to be the thing tht got me through because i was doin soo well n now my sadness has come bak agian it has even taken over my college work n tht scares me coz without tht i feel like i have nothing. im an art student btw …i feel like ive lost my flare n even my lectures have said tht ther serprized im really stuck in already. n they keep saying im not my usual self n i keep turning up late n stuff.

it definitely sounds like depression. i think you should for sure go to your doctor and talk to him/her about it, perhaps try out some medication and back to the councelling?
