Hello, I have a sony Ericcson W580I cell phone and

I wana put videos on web sites and stuff but the piticular site does not take ‘3gp files’ so I try to cange the format,and it says my file is corupted. my phone wont let me cange the format on itself and when I cange it on my PC (Xp pro) it says my file is corupted
Can any one help me cange the format on my cell phone or my computer????? thanls
