A FLORIDA FAMILY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Husband 45, Wife 43, Two Children 10 & 13, and Grandpa 73 are facing foreclosure here in Florida. They are asking you to send any amount via check, money order, or cash to their home.

Randy was laid off recently and he was the sole support for the entire family. They are in desperate need of financial assistance and you can help save at least one American Home by donating any amount.

Please Help The Horton’s Today!
Our government is bailing out businesses daily using billions of tax payer dollars. The government plan for families in need of help has not been a priority! The only hope for families facing foreclosure is friends, family, neighbors. The Horton’s are your neighbors and they need your help! Please send any amount direct to their home. Please act today if possible and remember any amount, even if it’s only $1.00 it will help!
Send your help directly to this family:

Randy W. Horton, 7111 Meli Court, Port Richey, FL 34668

PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS A NEIGHBOR!
PLEASE FORWARD THIS MESSAGE TO ALL!

Why don’t they all have jobs? The kids are in school and are old enough to take care of them selfs for a Short while until one of the adults gets home. No one is going to be sending any donations so its up to you to donate the money needed to save this family’s home. Hope this helps :-)

The Family agrees with working 100%. Randy currently spends 7 hours a day applying for work and Grandpa is 73 but also is seeking work. The family were the owners of 3 homes, 1 paid and 2 with mortgages. They sold 2 homes a 7 years ago and pooled their money to buy one home. Their current home was purchased 6 years ago and has a 9.45% ARM with a monthly payment including Tax, Insurance of $1,600 a month. The home has a mortgage balance of $166,500. The problem is it only has a value of $114,000, (valued at $266,000 only 18 months ago). They have spent 8 weeks trying to work with the lender only to be told NO HELP as Randy is currently unemployed. Randy has been unemployed for 30 days and it is his first time in 30 years not to be working. You can see the property info at http://appraiser.pascogov.com/ and do a search by the address 7111 Meli Court. The family was ready to sell the home and use their equity to recover from the short term unemployment. However, all the equity is gone!

Heres the solution to their problem. Give the house back to the bank and find something that they can afford. That is how it works now and in the past. As for the job, I know that there is a command labor or what ever it is called there and they all could be working within hours of signing up, that way they can pay there bills. Other people have loans and are making their monthly payments, these people are no different. We are all working and struggling to make monthly payments but we know our limits so we are not in this situation. You will not be receiving any donations from this site. So now its up to them to straighten out their own life’s. Hope this helps :-)

UPDATE: Randy currently does day labor and manages to bring in $275 a week. So, they now can eat, pay electric, water, and buy gas for the car. There is still nothing left for housing. The facts are they still can’t currently afford housing.
