My iPod stereo is giving me some problems.

The model number is iE600 (here’s a link to the manual http://www.emersonradio.com/owners/iP...). Whenever I turn it on, the volume level is extremely reduced. I will turn it up to the highest volume setting and barely hear it. This happens on all inputs (iPod, radio, CD). I don’t know how to fix it. Any ideas?
