sleep help: I am in so much pain, the muscles under the bladder keep spasm. - Help.com

I am in so much pain, the muscles under the bladder keep spasm.

They also push up while the bladder is trying to push out. It is only small amounts it pushes out. I have leaking problems too. My inner leg groin keeps spasm and it drives me insane no med seems to stop the spasms. I live on two hours sleep and incredible pain. I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis but I have no major urge to go to the bathroom so it is not only the IC happening. Anyone have any ideas? I talked to doctors and they don’t seem to know.
