Yep. most fast food places, depending on what the misdemeanor was. If it was stealing, it’s gonna be harder to get a job.

misdemeanors arent that bad… felonies are what companies look at… just be up front and honest about your record…

You can work as a flagger. It really depends on the conviction what companies will take you and the amount of time from conviction.

Listen..I’m not sure where you all are in this world but I’ll tell you this….ANY conviction on your record…..and you have to have a background check done…will cause you to loose that JOB! I have mideamenors and can’t find a job anywhere they do background checks….
