Simple grammar question.
I’ve always made this mistake, and i’m sure i’m not the only one. Okay so you know how there is die, and then there’s dye. Die is like dead, and dye is like hair dye right?
So…it’s die, dieing, dead. Or is it die, DYING, dead?
and dye, dying, dyed. Or dye DIEING, dyed.
I always get confused on which dieing/dying to use in a sentence involving someone losing their life.
