I want to start my own business more than anything.
A few months ago I got involved with a company I thought was legit. They even had real looking catalogs of nice artwork they said they sold overseas. They needed me to be a go between for them for a profit. now its my own fault, I let my passion to start my business cloud my judgement. They sent me a very large check to deposit in my account. I would transfer the money less my fee to another account at my own bank, thats what made me think it was ok. come to find out, the check was stolen. my banks rep called me and told me of this scam, and that I was not the only one. She knew I had nouthing to do with it, exept for being a very embarrased victim. But my account was closed, and I owe the bank money. Its taken me months to recover. My business idea is simple. I want to do storage unit auctions, then resell on ebay(my reputation on ebay is great) and at local flea markets. I work full time but dont get paid enough to invest in a descent truck. Again my honesty might kill me in here but i have garnishments on my check. my credit is shot, ive been down every avenue for funding i can think of. I need to pay the bank to reopen my account so i can use merchant services online. A truck, and bidding money. I would also rent a large storage unit to work out of. I have been called every name in the book and laughed at and ridiculed because i allowed myself to be scammed. and mabe everyone is right, but we all make mistakes, i admit to mine, i just want a chance to prove i can build somthing successful and give back to someone else who needs help. any ideas, at this point i will agree to any terms that wont sink me further……tha nks. it really helps to finally talk about this…..god bless.
