I just need to write this out

Its like ever since i started school i havent been the same. I go to school and come home and sleep,eat,go on the computer,and sleep again. thats all i ever do. even on weekends i just sleep and stay on the computer. i attempt sometimes to hang out with friends like i used to but they’re always busy or our plans fall through. i’ve made other friends this year but i guess im just afraid to change the people i hangout with. I need to get out of this depressing phase of my life but i dont know how to.

Try stop and thinking where and who you are now. Take some time to sit down and think about stuff instead of all cramming it all into your head

1. You feel like your somehow changing..and you feel like things are kinda like a steady schedule keep repeating it self over and over again
2. With your new friends you should hang out with them and give them a shot they might not replace your old ones but its still cool to hang out with both of them though right?
Over all you need to look through at most of the things that are going on in your life.. see what things you need improvements on and which ones that you actually see is great about you. I know how you feel…it’s like things are somehow different right? Don’t worry things will bet better

In my view, you are doing great. Routine, as depressing as it can get, is a great way to start building up that future. Chrissy and Kanabi both have good points. Try something new, get out there and discover life. Even if its doing homework in the park or at a library. The change of scenery can help.

Exercise is so important. Go for walks, either alone or with someone.
Make the body healthier and your mind feels better too!

Life does not consist with just hanging it out with friends. You have to do more that….some nobler works….Why don’t you get busy helping other people. You know helping other people sincerely will give you that inner joy….get involve in some projects that can help people…..

To me, it’s similar. I work instead of school, but most of things are like that.
And I like this boring life. I want to keep this way until I retire.
Even I’m depressed since September, I’m living with it.
I’m not trying to find the cause and solution.
I live as I feel. :D
It’s wonderful.

I know what you mean and it seems like you just want everything to end. Some other people have said that joining a sport or club would be a good idea and I actually know what you mean. I had that issue too. I suggest you really do join something. It’ll halp in the long run.
