This is a basic “I’m new here and dumb” question.

So, I made my first post, but does it automatically say “Help me with…” under responses I give to other people’s posts? That and my profile keeps saying I’ve made no posts… which is extremely aggravating as I really desire help with my first, super long, boring post.
