i know the 36k means it is 36 numbers acros and 11 down. and that number is individually encrypted same with everyone else

the fact that it is encrypted individually per number is the part we cant crack

Just use a binary translater that will auto do that for you like I did.

there is only 1 hint given its easyer to figure out if converted to decimal

and this needs to go from binary to decimal and decimal to letters

so no one was able to break this one
