Feel help: It’s getting to that time of night. - Help.com

It’s getting to that time of night.

when normally im driving and the road is pretty empty and my brain starts to go into overdrive to keep me sharp so i can focus on the road. tonight differnt cause im setting cause i cant deliver till monday. As a result of this thinking i do while on the road at night and setting here i sometimes start to feel alone in the world even though i know in reallity i know im not however not seeing anyone for hundreds of miles can make you feel like that. During my driving i tend to run thru differnt things in my head fantisies kind of. like if i did this could this be what happens. Doing this creats many questions in ones head also but its a good thing it makes me really take a hard look at myself and my life. So for those of you still reading, i often find myself thinking about stuff late at night and tonight ive come up with this question when do you do your best thinking and what do you usally thin about?

My best thinking is after intense bouts of martial arts or dancing and alternatively after a while without sleep, although this is for abstract thinking not logical thinking.

I generally think about were I have been and were I would like to be. Things I wish had gone differently, things I hope will go well and such.
