drink green tea, or normal tea-but lots of it. It inhibits viral adhesion and promotes immune T cell function. Virtually all colds are viral. Otherwise try antihistamines and nasal steroids if you think it’s hayfever

i use zicam… its a bit expensive but works really really well..
