ailment of elephantiasis over seas,but we lack the kind of finance to sponsor her abroad,so that’s why i have come to this place to source for good & caring persons to assist.

You might want to look into those doctors that go over seas to perform surgery for free. I don’t know where to find that information but you can try googling it.

The next thing you can try is starting a blog or a vlog channel on youtube and talk about your situation. Someone famous or the news might attract help for your cause. Start a paypal account for people whom would like to donate.
