I think you might need to back that statement up a bit. And maybe rethink the… wording.
Well, you’re annoyed at their lack of intelligence… but you misspelled quite a bit, your sentence structure is wrong, and your grammar needs some work.
That, and making that statement is fine, but it’s a very weak argument. Backing it up a bit, at least to give the impression that you know what you’re talking about, would be a good idea.
Other than that… well, if this post goes anywhere, I’ll get into that.
I don’t mean to insult you, I’m just predicting that this could potentially be a long debate, if things happen as they have in the past, and you’re position would be much stronger if you ranted a bit more than one line.
i concur that if your going to make such statements you should at least give a reason as to why your saying them.
and what if some people like fox news? your calling anyone who like it is ignorant and dumb…
err..
**your calling anyone who does like it ignorant and dumb**

obviously some people like it.
i have no particular reason to dislike it.

You shouldn’t really hate anyone or anything, hate has a way of making yourself feel more miserable.
It’s understandable to dislike Fox News, they certainly make no effort to hide their bias. Fortunately there are other news networks. I prefer CNN.
All news stations show a bias, Why be angry at any one station? Just because it doesn’t cater to your own personal views?
Isn’t that…
*gasp*
Intolerance?
I mean, just because you don’t agree with it, you don’t have to hate it and call all its viewers idiotic and dumb!
That could be even…
*gasp*
Hate speech!
Lol
I just don’t watch Fox News. I don’t want to soak it up.
I like the BBC, CNN, and NPR.
The only problem I have with FOX is their rampant sensationalism.
Fox News or Faux News is an oxymoron.
You don’t go to Fox News for actual news. You tune in to see what the small minded folks of America are thinking. That population is dwindling to a small group of hateful people. Which is why Bill O’Reilly rants about Neilson’s rating system is flawed. It’s not flawed Bill, people just are tired of listening to ignorance. The whole station is based rumor mill style rhetoric. When they have a debate with pundits they only have the right winger’s side without the opposing point. If they do have the opposition on it’s just to cut them off and yell at them. I.e.: Hannity, Greta Von Whatsherface, and Bill O’Racist. I mean even when CNN has Bey Buchanan and her nutzo views on they’ll have Paul Begala on to even it out.
Fox has had a blitz in the final days of the election against Obama containing numerous false and questionable allegations…
Rev Wright
Bill Ayers
Khalidi
Michelle Obama
The color of his skin
His Grandfather’s service
His astranged Aunt’s alien status
Acorn
even the authenticity of his speeches
Fox is not news. It’s a propaganda station. Even Rupert Murdoch hates it and he owns it.

Rants are allowed here as much as any post, so be tolerant repliers. Debate is allowed of course :) But don’t stir up hard feelings please anyone… after all, it IS only a news station…
LOL
I hope I don’t get in trouble for this. But I actually think it’s more than just a “news” station. It’s a vehicle of intolerance and hate. That makes it wrong. It’s one thing to question politics but when you throw accusations that suggest he’s a Muslim and subliminally suggest that there’s something wrong with being a Muslim then you are no longer a news organization.
They have Al-Jazeera, what an oppressed, brainwashed people! How can they believe that crap?
Oh, FOX News is on, I’d better go get some truth.

That’s hilarious.
i dont watch fox news too much…
but the only reason anyone has given me for not liking fox is because they dont portray obama well…
and hence align with their political views.
that makes them bad news? and that makes them hate mongerers or whatever else?
…
i think ill retain my thoughts on the… intelligence of this argument.

They’re portrayal of anyone either on the democrat side or anyone they don’t like as “evil” is not news. Not just Obama. Before Obama got the nomination they did it with Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Rahm Emmanuel, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Bill Richardson. They call pollsters evil if they don’t agree with them. It’s ridiculous how they demonize people.
I’ve heard that it’s biased against democrats… and yes, they have a lot of opinion/discussion shows that favor republicans, but the news is just the news. They can’t fake the news. Not only that, but there’s nothing illegal or ‘wrong’ in them showing what they want on their own channel. If you don’t like it… watch a more balanced and fair news source. CNN, the BBC, and NPR are all very good.
Your right, they can show what they want. Don’t call it news then because it is purely opinion. Campaigns are supposed to have spin rooms not news channels. Rupert Murdock owns the station and he says its biased. I’m glad they got rid of the anchor that called a fist bump a “terrorist fist jab” but they hired Glenn Beck whom is another name caller.
