i want to reform myself completely.

i just went through a break up and i want to know the best way to like loose weight and also to clear up acne. please help me i want to be beautiful :[

but what kind of diets? i want it to be healthy not like eatt a banana a day diets

what a great activity to focus your mind on during a period that could easily be (and probably still is) very difficult.

ok then. both weight and skin will benefit from you eating well. ok ok, you want details. pick you favorite items from fruits; these will be your sugar fix, snacks, treats.

Do eat breakfast, eggs and toast? that is basic and rather inexpensive. Don’t eat boxed cereal cause it has too much sugar, and it cost tons.

find a palitable vegtable, and do mindless crunching on it. carrots, celery, brocolli.

Dinner is basic. as little carbohydrates AS POSSIBLE. and a salad.

then additionally, be sure you get about 20 minutes of exercize daily and drink 8 eight oz. glasses of water.

get away from soda.

if you read through that it tells you a lot about what to be eating and avoiding. it is much better for you to eat a healthy balanced diet than to follow a particular weight loss diet

The 2 most interesting things I found about watching weight is…
First; Plan your allowed foods. Amazingly when you get honestly hungry (not just needing munchies) you will LOVE carrots and apples and whatever else youve got on your list.

Then Second; Carbhydrates (unless you run seriously) are not all that necessary. We get more than enough just trying not to eat any. This is what I found, eating carbs NEVER SATIATES you. yep. you always want more. but eat a fabulous salad (I make a mean salad) you do get satisfied. This was the cornerstone of those low carbohydrate diet theroies.

Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Have light exercise it will relax your musles help increase metabolism. and 15 min brisk walk. Leave oil and sugar drink alot of water. Also drink some milk mixed with water in ratio of 1 : 3. You can have grilled baked or steame
d chicken or fish for your protein fulfilment.
