If not, what are some brands that are?

No, I mean vegetarian.

But it’s made with glycerides which may or may not be animal-derived.

Well, to be on the safe side, I wouldn’t eat it. But chances are it is.
I eat peanut butter all the time, so if it’s non-vegetarian I’m in trouble.

P.s. you could solve that problem by buying organic or all natural peanut butter which WOULD be vegetarian without a doubt.

Skippy is vegetarian.

From Skippy’s website:

Skippy® peanut butter contains over 90 percent select roasted peanuts. It also contains extremely small amounts of vegetable oil stabilizers to improve smoothness and prevent separation, plus a small amount of sugars and salt to enhance the peanut flavor.

You’re not sure that the knowledge that Skippy is made of peanuts, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt answers your question about whether or not it’s vegetarian?

How is that, in any way, vague?

Apollo. Not all ingredients are required by law to be listed. Also not all sugar is vegetarian as some uses bone char to appear white.
