How to get rid of bags under eyes?

It’s not just when I don’t get enough sleep, it’s all the time and I hate it!
Usually can make myself look better with make up but I don’t wear it much and I need a cure not a cover up! I’m too young for this sort of nonsense, surely :(

I’m only 17 and I’m getting dark circles under my eyes. I don’t really have a cure, I just know your pain! :)

Thanks! I’m annoyed now though because a bunch of adverts have come up telling you to buy their magic creams. I’m never convinced by them although I can’t afford the ridiculously expensive ones I doubt that they are really worth it.

People often put it down to partying too much, ie drinking lots, eating badly, not enough sleep, not enough exercise but lifestyle changes have never made much difference for me. Arg.

Just sleep regulary i.e. atleast 6 hours a day and at a fixed time if its possible…
Dosent matter if you break it into to groups of 4 and 2 hours…
Have a high water intake and eat your greens and maintain a healthy diet
This is the simples way I know of, but if your a student or work odd shifts or a mom then its tough doing this…

Take a cup of ice cold water, as cold as you can get it. Dip a spoon into it and let it sit for a few seconds. Place the rounded part of the spoon against the soft skin below your eyes. If you can, apply a little bit of vitamin e and top with moisturizer!

I’ve heard cold tea bags can help.

(Also, I’ve had days when I’ve slept for 15 hours, but I still have giant dark circles under my eyes, and I’m only 15, so… it’s not just sleep.)

I used to get bags under my eyes all the time mostly due to my inability to fall asleep easily. I would stay up late thinking about something then wake up early next morning only to see little bags under my eyes. I somehow managed to kick the habit of staying up late but my eye bags wouldn’t go away.I then recently read an article about a woman who supposedly got rid of her eye bags using a particular eye care product. I tried it and it worked really well. I managed to get rid of my eye bags in 3 to 4 weeks. You can read more about the lady’s article at the link below

My bags were DARK!, and NOTICABLE. I wasn’t very happy with people who contintly stared at them while a conversation.
i got rid of my dark bags by cutting a patato into 10 slices, putting 5 on each eye and laying down for about.. 10 minutes. I got this method from a health website.
This helps if you do this for a week or more, everyday you will notice the bags dissapearing. :)

^^^^^^ lisa smit is right, but you can also put cucumbers on your bags and do the same concept. AND it might take more then a week, it really depends on how deep and noticable your bags are. You have to be very patient and not think you will see the results in a day or two.

Don’t worry I have tried everything too!Sometimes it’s because you miss a night of sleep and if you miss that then even a month of enough sleep won’t work!Eventually though it will go away!Sometimes it’s just in your Genes like me my mom has bags under her eyes so I get them too!Just buy some concealer thats what I do!
