Try this, if you dare.

Make the most angry face you can. Hold it for at least a full minute.
Now, do you feel a little angry

Do the same thing with a sad face.
What happened then?

Now, last, smile. A nice, big, goofy smile, like you just got the best news of your life.

Now, ask yourself why you dont smile more often.

It actually works but it`s kinda hard to walk around smiling all the time. It`s true that the more u smile the happier you`ll be…

I smile a whole lot but it just doesn’t reflect how I feel inside.

I dont think that looking like a total nutcase is the way to go. It`s good to smile but the world outside demands people to be a little serious. In my job i`m responsible for 18 people so i just cant go around with a smile at all times. When it`s appropriate i do but not all the time.

I look at things with a sense of humor and i usually get everyone to laugh at least a couple of times each day.

OMG I did the angry face and checked out the mirror and ended up rolling on the bed laughing. I mean I did a RRRRREEEEEALLLLL mean face. Oh boy, I have to be in court in about an hour. Now I am going to be seeing the Judge and Jurors and Prosecutor all straining to make that angry face. Priceless! I just hope that I can hold it in and not be cited for comtempt.
Crazy eyes, eh?
Oh this is gonna be a rough day in the courtroom! LOLOLOLOL!
Edie—the girl with the massive side stich from laughing!

HAHAHAHAHAHA..18 whole people, huh?

do you have any idea what i do for a living..

run a delivery company that operates throughout Florida, I am the COO, only person above me is the owner, and he is absentee.

I have 10 employees, 43 contractors, and interact on a daily basis with upper managment for GE Appliances, Home Depot Inc, Mattress Giant of America, Mattress Firm Florida division, and yet…the smiles just keep on coming.

Just remember, when the Judge calls for “Order in the Court” do NOT ask for roast beef on rye.

Ow… my facial muscles are flexing SOO BADLY. I can’t smile even if my life depended on it XD.

And if I did smile, I’d look like I’m crazy. ARGH. CRAZINESS.

I`m really not on the top of my game here but still a little smile is sneakin`on me. Getting confused over my own emotions today. The body is shakin`, the mind is prosessing a million ideas at the same time and still.. Here i am.. Smiling… Well.. At least it works. Feel better now than earlier today.

I read somewhere that if you smile it sends messages to your brain that you are happy so when you smile it makes you happy

Cakes;-) : I really don`t think to let out your emotions will be bad for u. If u cry for a while u will process the pain and then feel better afterwards. It`s easier to smile in sunshine than in a rainstorm..
