why would a guy make up nasty rumors about a girl that he had been with that he knows is not true?

I was with this guy that was living in my building. I fell so hard for that I gave my virginity to him. But then he left me. That was two years ago. This very past summer his friends wouldn’t leave me alone. they harrased me and called me things that I would never in a million years do. Things like me being fast and a smut. I just don’t get that. some one please shed some light on this.

Its very unfortunate, but it seems like you got caught up with the wrong guy. A total Jerk in fact. If you haven’t actually done anything wrong to him, then yeah, hes a definite jerk, and most likely doesn’t have your best interests at heart. I’m sorry about what happened to you, but its probably best if u find a cool, stable relationship than even try to mess with that one again. Believe me, any guy that can do that to a girl like that is one of the biggest ones to avoid.
