girl help: is this possible? - Help.com

is this possible?

Founded on a website.

You could remove the genetic material from one woman’s egg and stick it into the egg of the other. With a complete set of chromosomes, half form each, the egg may start splitting. If it goes to completion you will end up with a baby of two mothers. Of course you would only get girls as neither woman would supply a “Y” chromosome to the mix.

Theoretically, it probably is. In actual practise, there would be all kinds of abnormalities and defects.

One of those things that’s interesting to discuss, but should never be done. Experiementing with the lives of human children is morally reprehensible.
