needs someone with sports knowledge

I’m doing a report on the cervical vertebrae (the neck joint) and i need a famous athlete that was injured in the neck or spine. PLEASE HELP!

How you doing buddy there is quite alot of rugby players with this injury most famous recent one was a former international English player here is the link
