Does anyone else bottle up their anger?

Hi just asking if anyone else knew some good ways to just let it all out withought getting yourself into trouble (A.K.A a way that doesnt involve pissing people off?) The reason I ask is because a month or two ago I completely went off on this guy. He is a foot ball player. I am not. We were practicing in marching band when i messed up and got corrected by another older marcher (you have to understand my section is full of assholes who love to make fun of people when ever their not perfect.) Foot ball mongoloid makes a crude ‘ you suck **** ‘ gesture. I had been getting remarks like that from the older guys for going on two months straight every day, after a while it made me not even want to go and I felt like i was worthless. I bottle these feelings up, and consequently that one broke the dam of anger. I told him he marched like he had a dildo up his a**. Insert a “you gonna take that?” from an older a**hole (i’m the lowest on the social ladder to them and the football guy is considered slightly higher than me so they like to see us fight) so i said d*** right hes gonna take it. Football mongoloid got pissed and shoved me back about five feet. I laughed and continued marching afterwards he tried to ‘get me back’ later by shoving me while marching in a formation so i just laughed at him. Anyways back to the question (I apologized to Football boy afterwards and we are freinds now =) ) I just need to know the easiest way to get the anger out so i dont build it up and go off on who ever happens to be near. Mind you i have the longest fuse of anyone i know, i never get angry when made fun of at first, just angry later that i didnt stand up for myself later. The thing was after i went off on that football guy i felt so awesome because im always the guy who tries to be nice to as many people as possible. It was nice to just not care and hurt who i pleased, i loved that feeling of being mean. I dont want to be a jerk so i need to just get rid of the anger as soon as its made. any advice is apreciated

If you bottle up your anger you will go about your life with a heavy heart and will get angry easily for just about anything.. And it deprives you of your happiness. Im a christian an believes you should ask God’s forgiveness and give up your problems onto Him.

I find the BEST thing for me with my anger issues and bottling it up is to workout. A jog, a match with a punching bag or just any workout really helps get some of my pentup frustration out
