Do you think we actually listen to what we say?

ok so here it is. i have posted a few posts on here, and as some of you have read, i tend to ramble a little bit. not really about anything just ramble. so do we actually know and listen to what were saying?

(i know this is strange as im typing, but i hardly ever re read what i have typed until i press post.)

yeh thats understandable what i meant was in everyday life. talking mostly to other people. do we listen to what were saying?
