she’s pretty much the same as she’s always been, quiet, shy and ditzy
I spent the same amount of time with her as i always have i make sure of that and i try not to talk about my b/f that much too

feels guilty about it
therefore calls her friendship off

I suppose that might be it. but it doesn’t really sound like her, she doesn’t really like my b/f that much, she spends half her time saying what a ’stupid meat-head’ he is… (she may have a point now and then :)

ask her outright what is going on

tell her your not moving till you get an answer
tell her your friendship means too much to throw away!

I’ve tried that but she ended up screaming at me saying that i didn’t understand..
which is true. unfortunatly her screaming drew the attention of two police officers so that was the end of that convo..

sounds like you have been behaved perfectly, maybe she has issues. my advice would be civil and dont ask for an explanation from her- you cant reason with unreasonable people, and do something just for you- something really exciting outside you usual friendship group- maybe a sports club or an evening course or something! i hope everything works out
