reason help: I moved to Georgia from Pennsylvania and was not able to use aol in this area, forcing me to use comcast, so I opted to use aol.free e-mail. - Help.com

I moved to Georgia from Pennsylvania and was not able to use aol in this area, forcing me to use comcast, so I opted to use aol.free e-mail.

However, when I type in my password, it comes up inaccurate and I have to type it in again for whatever reason which I don’t understand. Also, the e-mail screen always says I have NO new messages, when in fact, there are new messages, which I accidentally discovered.

What is the difference between STANDARD BASIC and the other (which I don’t remember)and should I change something there?

I appreciate this opportunity to ask for your help.
