Of means pertaining to, I think, like “A glass of juice” off means not on, like, “Get off the computer.”

They are two totally different words. Not sure why the confusion.

Off - as in the opposite of on. Turn the light OFF. Get OFF my couch. Don’t drive OFF the road or you’ll have a wreck.

Of - OF course. pair OF pants.
