question help: what do you consider stronger? - Help.com

what do you consider stronger?

crying? or holding it in?
being able to let it out? or being able to keep it in?
showing emotion? or brushing it off and acting like you don’t care?
what is stronger?
what is easier on the heart?
what is the best for the heart?

can you tell me how or why if possible?

just a question

requires more courage.

but I think holding it in can be demanding too in certain cases. So it’s a tradeoff, really. Depends on the situation.

i think all of these are kinda based on what you think. I believe that crying or letting stuff out is a weakness, but some people believe that not crying and holding it in is a weakness.

crying:You show you’re not afraid of your emotions.
Both: You need to know when to unleash it, and when not to.
Depends on what the situation is.
The rest…not so sure.
