Setup the remote feature that way you can connect to either one from any location. Hope this helps :-)

I want to set two PC’s up so that I can connect to either one of them from the other but over the internet not via ethernet cables etc…

What I want to be able to do with them is “take over” one from my other PC…

Does anyone get that or is it too confusing?
