Well,
the simplest way is to remove it and put it into another computer and see how it functions there (do remember to make sure it is compatible with the other PC)
Otherwise get a new RAM card and check if that one works properly…
You can also try just cleaning the contacts of the RAM card and seeing if that was the prob (I doubt it though)
